Diabetes NZ – Supporter Survey Design with Audience Segmentation and Personalisation

I worked on the Diabetes NZ Supporter Survey to help the organisation better understand its audience and improve engagement through personalised communication.

Using marketing software, I segmented supporters into four key audience groups and ensured that each received survey content tailored to their connection with the organisation. By applying personalised data, we made the survey feel more relevant and human — increasing the likelihood of meaningful responses.

The result was a targeted, user-friendly survey experience that strengthened supporter relationships and provided Diabetes NZ with valuable insights to guide future campaigns.
